Breakfast:
Same old, same old. A different healthy cereal this time.
Lunch:
Yum, yum- noodles and yogurt again!
Dinner:
Brian whips up this tasty "niçoise" salad: mixed greens, baby spinach, green beans, new potatoes, artichoke hearts, and tuna fish. I made a garlic, olive oil, and white wine dressing, and a couple of garlic toasts. Brian got this recipe from Sara Moulton on the Food Network.
(We left out a few ingredients. I don't eat eggs. Brian didn't want the olives. And, we forgot the tomatoes.)
Dessert:
A Christmas Tootsie Roll!
