Brian and I cooked up some snacks to enjoy at home during the games: spinach dip, salsa, chips, chicken wings (I ate half of one), and jalapeño poppers. And, yes, those double stuff chocolate Oreos. BUT I also had salad.
I made these spinach and ricotta tortellini with olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, and some more spinach. And salad with vinaigrette on the side.
