The usual stuff for lunch, (that's Wolfgang Puck's Organic Butternut Squash soup).
And, a piece of birthday cake, that we didn't get to eat on Tuesday because the Olive Garden service was so slow. This is excellent for a supermarket bakery cake.
Dinner. A friend of Brian's took us out to Nero's Steakhouse in Caesar's Palace. He used casino comps earned by playing video poker to treat us. Thanks, Steve.
This is Alaskan Butterfish, with delicious asparagus risotto. I never had Butterfish before, and it was pretty good. It's not buttery. The guys got steaks, and sides of potatoes and creamed spinach which I also got to try. And, bread.
