For lunch I ate this frozen organic pasta dish. And, some candy. There's candy EVERYWHERE at work.
For dinner, I played Rachael Ray! I made her recipes for chicken cutlets, and "Cheesy Risi e Bisi." Yum-o. That's a before picture of the chicken. I don't know what happened to the "after." I thought Rachael would have one to share. I halved the recipe for the rice, and it still made enough for four or five big servings.
And, 2 of those cookies I made yesterday.
