Brian, from time to time, because of his podcasts, has fans come in a visit him. This time, two guys all the way from Australia came to Vegas for "holiday" and wanted to meet up with Brian. I learned that in Australia, they call soccer, "soccer," like Americans do, and not "football" like England and most of the rest of the world. That's because they have their own "football," like America does. I didn't know that. So, they educated me on "footy," which is Australian rule Football, and it's not really like American football either. Go figure.
It's also funny to meet someone from Australia, and for no particular reason, they are an Oakland A's fan. They also told me that America ripped off Australia's Dancing with the Stars. He actually seemed a little hurt by that.
