More mac and cheese.
Dinner out with my uncle at the Pink Taco. Yes, that's an actual restaurant in the Hard Rock Casino. Chips and salsa, and some potato tacos, with roasted peppers. Really different, but pretty good.
And, the usual ice cream sandwich.
