Mac and cheese and edamame.
Green Valley Ranch buffet. This was kind of funny. We decided to meet up with our friend, Nick, at the buffet, and we ran into a few people he works with... one who I was too nice to write about in the May 5 post regarding The Producers (we really don't care for her, and I purposely asked the ticket counter person to seat us far apart, and then lied and told her that they didn't have 4 seats together. I'm terrible.) and also another guy named John (who appears later, along with his wife and daughter who are now good friends of ours.) So, in the middle of Henderson we run into these people. Do you know how many buffets there are in town?
You know, I got the usual stuff....
