March 8, 2007 - Something's fishy...

Breakfast, well, you know.

Lunch- Tuna sammy and yogurt.

Dinner- a new recipe: Grilled Swordfish with Nicoise Vinaigrette with peas and carrots and brown rice.

Dessert- yum yum yum. One of my favorites - a frozen Milky Way bar.
