I found out I was pregnant on June 8, 2007. Suddenly, this project took on a whole new meaning.

March 2, 2007 - The Conference Continues...
I need my energy to sit at a table and hand out brochures all day. So, naturally, a Powerbar for breakfast. The Conference Powers-that-Be do us a favor and serve us lunch at our booths. Here's some pizza and a piece of candy.Later, they put out cookies. And, all day while I was at the conference, I had to stare at this woman directly across from my table, that sells hand made felt puppets. They were too cute. And for dinner, I went with my coworker to Chevy's in the hotel. We had chips and salsa, and I had an asparagus and mushroom burrito that was pretty great. I hadn't been to Chevy's in a while, and the last time I had gone, it remembered it being pretty mediocre. I guess they made some changes.
Oh! The highlight of my day? I met Clifford the Big Red Dog!
In 2004, Tucker Shaw photographed everything he ate, from main courses to free samples.
Out of sheer curiosity, I am attempting to do the same thing... I'll be taking pictures of everything I eat in 2007 and I'll post them here. I'll include other details about the food, such as who made it, when and where I ate it, and who was with me.
You might wonder, but no, I'm not a vegetarian. However, other than white meat chicken or turkey, and fish, you're not likely to see any pictures of meat.
I don't make any promises about any of this being interesting.
I'm married and living in Henderson (a suburb of Las Vegas) with my comedian/TV personality husband, Brian, our energetic son, Nate, and my lovable and troublesome Jack Russell Terrier, Chopper. I'm officially retired from the practice of law, and now I work for Community Counseling Center. I love long car trips. I've lived in north Jersey, Queens, Tucson, and Las Vegas. I sometimes daydream about winning the Pillsbury Bake-Off or maybe the World Series of Poker. Nothing makes me happier than spending time with friends and family.
