I made these cookies because I keep buying huge bunches of bananas, but I don't always finish the bunch before they get really brown and mushy. So, I made up this recipe for cookies. They didn't taste very banana-y, but the texture was like muffins.

August 19, 2007 - Homemade Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
I made these cookies because I keep buying huge bunches of bananas, but I don't always finish the bunch before they get really brown and mushy. So, I made up this recipe for cookies. They didn't taste very banana-y, but the texture was like muffins.
